I know ...I am in the same place as you eating wise. I know I need to be more mindful of what I put in my mouth. I know I need to return to fitness because of how far I've come.

And like you, I have a bit of weight to lose. I also have about five (okay maybe seven-ten) pounds to lose from surviving this last year. I don't really have an excuse because I didn't have a baby but I feel like my Master's Program is a baby in a way, because of the time and stress commitment (at least that's what I keep telling myself).

You inspire me to start small. Keep up the good work!Amber E. Think I will make that a goal for June when it is warm enough to swim!

I am so excited I will be 6 weeks pp on Thursday and I am so ready to start working out again! My goals are to run 3x a week in the early morning. Which will be hard since the baby still only sleeps 3 hours at a time..... But I will do it! And to take 2-3 fitness classes a week in the evening (spin and body sculpting). I am also tracking calories on my fitness pal. I'm jealous of your 5 pounds.... I still have 20 to loseAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
