cheesy tomato sausage skillet

After clicking through numerous food blogs earlier this week, I decided on this cheesy tomato sausage skillet for dinner on Wednesday. It was fairly easy to make and had great flavor. Because I'm a whimp, the recipe had a little too much kick for me to want to eat more of it, but honestly it tasted great.


I would suggest NOT doubling the recipe. The recipe calls for 8 ounces of pasta and 8 ounces of sausage... the packages we purchased had 16 ounces each, so I figured what the heck, I'll just double the recipe. With those amounts we fill a wok to the brim. Oh well, I had extras to share with a friend. :o)

Yum, I have craved food with some kick since Henry was born. I'll have to try this one out.
