i'm giddy

The baby is taking a good nap, so I decided to get to work on her birthday invites.  I already have some designed, but I just wasn't happy with them yet.  So I decided to try my hand at drawing in illustrator.  It never goes as well as planned, but after lots and lots of effort I think I am finally getting the hang of it.

This is what my screen looks like right now :o)

Hopefully I can keep these good juices flowing and come up with a super cute birthday invite.  They actually have to go out soon!
