what do you want to know?

Lately I've been getting several e-mails with random questions (the most common, and not so random, is what camera do I have... Canon Rebel XSi).  So I figured I might as well go ahead and find out all the questions you have.

You can asking my anything, and I'll answer almost everything (almost... I'm not one for sharing all of my personal details on the web).  I was thinking mostly along the lines of where did this piece of furniture come from, what is that paint color, or which baby products do you prefer.  But like I said, you can ask anything, I mean if there is something you just NEED to know about me, just ask :o).

And because no post is complete without pictures...

oh you :o)
less than impressed with my smooches
she falls asleep in the weirdest positions now... sorry it is tough to see
such a goofy cheesy grin with those teeth!

Have a great relaxing Sunday!

I will ask! I like knowing about people and their stories, so mine are all more personal (but not too personal)

1. Where are you and hubby from originally?
2. Where did you go to school, what is degree in, what did you do before baby, do you plan to go back to work?
3. How many children would you like and when do you plan for #2? This is a current debate in our house.
4. Are you already planning Miss R's first birthday and do you have any good recs on party planning websites or blogs?

Ok, that is all I have for now!

Oh, I thought of one more...how old are you and hubby?

I'm about to have my first child, and your blog has been a huge help in having realistic expectations. My questions are more related to when Ryan was born, like what things did you take to the hospital, what do you wish you had taken, etc.

Also, we will most likely be moving further away from family soon after the baby is born. Do you have any advice for someone who is looking to start a blog to keep family informed?

What are your relationship dynamics like with your husband?

I'm personally always interested in hearing about marriage - because I'm a huge advocate for it and love to see how different people make it work or struggle to make it work, etc.

Have the things you and your husband fight about changed since your daughter was born?

Oh! Good timing! I was looking through your old recipe posts the other day, and I wondered: do you and Chris eat dinner at your table every night? My husband and I have never eaten at our dining room table, even once. I was thinking it might be nice, lol!
Also (and this is pretty personal, so I understand if you don't want to answer), would you consider doing a budget/money post? How do you make it work as a stay at home mom while your husband is in school? We're TTC, and we're trying to figure out how to make me staying home work, and my H has a regular 9-5 job...

Our Nora wakes up in the weirest positions! This morning when we found her she had turned 270 degrees in her crib!

I would also love to hear about your decision to be a stay at home mom. Was it easy? Did you have to work out some things to make it work? Are there any tips you have for those who are contemplating it? And if you've already posted about these things, I'm sorry...haven't made time to read all of your old and original posts yet.

This really isn't an ask-me-anything question, but I'm curious. Do you have bumpers in Ryann's crib? We've thought about putting up C's bumpers, because her feet sometimes get stuck or she drops her bink outside the crib, but it worries me. Does Ryann ever smoosh her face up against them or sleep up against them?

Do you do anything organic or homeopathic? My baby won't eat jarred foods!

I love q&a posts - just did one on my blog too! I'm guessing you might answer this since you referenced your camera, but what kind of lens do you shoot with? Do you edit your photos much/at all? If so with what program? I love all of your sweet pictures of Ryann! :)

My husband will be taking the mcat this spring and lord willing will start med school in fall 2012. I'm pretty nervous about how this is all going to play out. I'm currently working full time to support us and it's been really tough because I'm do in love with our almost 7 month baby girl. What stage of the process are you in? How has it been? How are you able to be a sahm? I love your blog and think Ryann is so cute! Hope to hear your thoughts on this :)
