baked honey nut chicken

The conversation Chris and I had while he was coating the chicken in the bread crumbs and what not (because I absolutely HATE touching raw meat):

Me:  Eew gross.  That looks disgusting.
Chris:  It looks like giant boogers (the honey/egg mixture combining with the bread crumb mixture)
Me:  How gross is that, you are touching raw eggs and raw chicken all at once.  Nasty.
Chris:  I'm touching the life cycle of a chicken right now.
Me:  (laughing uncontrollably)  I might have to put that one on facebook.
Chris:  I said that in confidence!  I don't want it on facebook.
Me:  (still laughing uncontrollably) You said it.  Sorry.  But you're right, I think it would be better on the blog.
Chris:  I'm sure reading that would really encourage people to try the recipe.

This recipe was found here.  We ended up using cashews instead of pecans or walnuts because it is what we had on hand.  I think it tasted great.  Even if it look a little nasty while you're making it.

I'm not a fan of handling raw meet either, it's just gross.

The recipe looks good, though.
