embrace the camera {a few georgia snippits}

This time around I did not take NEAR as many photos as I did the last time we visited Georgia.  Part of that was the weather, it was a wee bit gloomy, so we spent a lot of time inside.  Part of it was the tide, we only got one low tide a day between 11-12:30.  Hello bright sun (when it was out of course).  Part of it was the uncooperative subject :o).  And part of it was just plain I didn't feel like taking tons of pictures.  But don't worry, I didn't go away empty handed.

Last time Ryann didn't really want to touch the sand with her hands.  She would get stuck sitting somewhere because she didn't want to touch it to stand up.  This time?  Throwing handfuls of sand around was just plain awesome.

My favorite part of the Georgia humidity?  I got to see the curls in full force again.  Man I love those curls.

Ryann couldn't get enough of her papa.  If he wasn't in the room with us she was more or less freaking out.  Really she couldn't get enough of everyone but me.  She wanted NOTHING to do with me the majority of the trip.  "Grammy?  Papa?  Auntie Lorin?  No mommy."  Oh well, I guess I got a little mommy break.

And just a little airport breakfast before heading back to KC.  Ryann votes for the Starbucks pumpkin bread over the banana walnut.  If you wanted her opinion of course.

The trip seemed really quick.  I ate tons of good food.  Minus the whole lack of vegetables part, but whatever.  We had a good time, and I can't wait to go back!

My girls are exactly the same when my family are around - it's like "mummy who?"!! Beautiful photos.

Yep. That's how it goes when you vacation with the grandparents and daddy tags along too. When we went to Florida a couple of months ago. I had the very same experience. It's kind of nice to have a break, but yea...yo u miss your baby. =( Lovely pictures! I've been a follower for a while now and just realized that you live in or near KC. My hubs and I lived up there for almost four years. I love Kansas City. =) Your little girl is growing up so fast!

Whenever we're at my parent's house Carter wants absolutely nothing to do with me! I try not to take it personally but he definitely seems to prefer their company to mine :( hahaha
