A little snack of frozen blueberries on the kitchen floor while daddy was cooking dinner. It was pretty exciting stuff, obviously.
There was a BBQ gathering for the new residents from Chris's hospital. It was a pretty good time, lots of littles Ryann's age. Although she was more interested in the slide, coloring, and of course, eating. Oh, and enjoy some more of her crazy faces...
Last weekend we also went out to dinner with Hanna and Joey (aka, HannaJoey to Ryann, it is just one word). We tried out Blanc Burger on the plaza. I can't say that I loved the burger we picked, but the place was fun, and the french fries came in little shopping carts. How fun is that? After dinner we went to Yogurtini. AMAZING. I'm sure most of you have been places like it, serve yourself frozen yogurt and all the toppings you can imagine? A little slice of heaven for me. We tried to give Ryann a bowl of just fruit, but of course she preferred Daddy's frozen yogurt.
I'm not really sure what was happening in that one. I enjoy the awkwardness of it.
On Tuesday some of my lovely friends (Whitney, Laura, Laura's boyfriend Joe, and Kyle) joined us for dinner. I made some pasta (you may or may not get the recipe for it, depends on if I remember in the next couple weeks), Whitney brought a salad with homemade dressing, and Laura served up some Banana Foster cupcakes she baked. It was a tasty dinner and a good evening. I'm sad that Whit is moving to Philly soon!
And some random outside pictures. The Amazing Bubbles from Target? The giant bottle that is like $3.99? It rocks. Ryann was crawling all over the yard trying to pop all of the little bubbles.
I think that about unloads my stash. There are probably others, but I'll spare you for now.
