music to move to

AHHH!  QUICK!  HELP!

So I've gotten a few requests for what is on my running music playlist.  To tell you the truth, it's pretty bad.  Lots of filth.  But that is what gets me moving.  However I've had the same songs on there FOREVER.  So what music is on your workout playlist?

I'm running the Race for the Cure 5K tomorrow, and I definitely want to kick my last 5K time in the butt, so I need something that will make me feel speedy.  So will you please, please PLEASE give this sad little (ridiculous) face some ideas for new music?

I would check out SarahFit's youtube channel. She has some awesome ideas for playlist--I run to her Glee soundtrack.

Ah Im no help. I usually just turn Pandora on my phone to the Lady Gaga Just Dance station. Ive only had a couple songs come on that were slower than a running tempo that I skip through.

Good luck on the run. Is it the KC race at Union Station? I would have been running that one too had this not been the weekend right before the start of the school year. Music...I find Michael Jackson always lifts my mood! :) Enjoy!

If you get any ideas please share! I posted a similar request on my FB page but didn't get many songs that I would like to listen to over and over again. I do think the Glee soundtrack is great and musicals like Footloose and Grease can keep you distracted.

Newest: Last Friday Night, Super Bass, and Outta Your Mind

Older Faves: Love in America, My First Kiss, and Shots.

Suuuuuuuuuuper trashy, but LMFAO and Lil Jon do it for me every time :)

Ashley! Hey, I told you I would suggest some running songs and now I actually will!

Run the World (girls): Beyonce
Rock That Body: Black Eyed Peas
Telephone: Lady Gaga and Beyonce
Are You Gonna Be My Girl: Jet

These will keep you moving. Have a great race!

This is a little late, but I love to run to GirlTalk - It is a crazy mash-up of new and old songs with a GREAT beat! Definitely gets me moving!!

Ok, this is too late but the one song that always keeps me going and I usually listen to for the last 15 min over and over on race day is Outkast's "B.O.B". Crazy fast and just gives you the last boost of energy you need ;-)

Other than that I usually listen to Black Eyed Peas. And also (can't believe I'm actually admitting this ;-)) Britney Spears is pretty good to run to.
